It’s been 3 years since we set the business up and it’s flown by! I’m not sure where the time goes, but I do know that we’ve been having a lot of fun doing it.
Over that relatively short time, we’ve grown the business from nothing, to where we are today, a team of 16 and growing. It’s important to point out that none of our success would be possible without the hard work and commitment demonstrated by our awesome team of ‘Orbisers’.
It’s certainly been a busy past 12 months and as always, not without plenty of challenges along the way. We’ve welcomed 6 new people into the company and we are pleased to say that they’re all firmly on the pathway to promotion, if not having already been promoted. It’s also pleasing that 3 years in and we’ve still got each of the 3 founding members of the business still working here. Nick, Alex and Tom must think we’re doing something right!
Earlier in the year we reached capacity in our old office, on Finsbury Square and in March we moved into a bigger office space, at 150 The Minories. It’s a great spot and we have plenty of room for our planned expansion over the next 12 months.
Overseas expansion will follow in 2017, as plans are well under way to open our first overseas office in New York.
