After meeting the Orbis business founders, Craig and Wayne, I could tell we had a lot in common and we shared similar values for leading a recruitment business. Their vision for Orbis was something I knew I wanted to be a part of. With their passion for technology and recruitment they have been able to grow and develop a fantastic team, which I joined as People and Operations Director in October 2018.
From business strategies and learning & development to events and partnerships, I have over 14 years’ experience in recruitment, creating successful environments and brilliant places to work. I'm now using this experience to work closely with the leadership team at Orbis in London and New York, to ensure that everyone in the business has the very best support and tools to progress and achieve their personal goals.
Outside of work I'm a big podcast listener, gin lover and I have an obsession with travelling!
