LinkedIn Profile

I have spent my entire career in recruitment, spanning over a decade in Financial Services. I started off in the M&E industry, never intending to continue in recruitment; until the bright lights of London and the lure of Technology/Finance perked my interest! Fast forward 10 years, I’m just as excited and passionate as I was from day one. I have managed small to large successful teams, built desks from scratch (flat pack too) and managed new and existing global accounts.

As one of the Co-Founders of Orbis, my role is now focused on developing talent and managing the operations of the business. As someone who comes from a sporting background, I find my natural strengths are listening, coaching and leading.

Outside of the wonderful world of recruitment, I spend my time in sunny Leigh-on-Sea with my family and beautiful daughter, plus her toddler tantrums! If I’m not chasing her around, you’ll find me watching Liverpool and their leaky defence, along with Rugby union internationals and anything with Jack Nicholson in.
