Our client, a Global Payments Organization utilizing the latest technology, is looking for a technically skilled individual to join a team focused on delivering fast, scalable and consistent applications across the business. You will be the go-to person to drive on-the-ground customer experiences.
- Work closely with engineers, product owners and other cross-functional teams.
- Manage end-to-end customer relationships, gathering feedback/requirements and providing a high-level of customer service.
- Strategically define and manage the development process.
- Assist in the development of product and technology roadmaps.
- Create reports through data analysis and provide informed recommendations.
- Grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the entire suits of products.
- 3+ years in a technical industry.
- Previous experience as a software developer, consultant or sales/account management is a plus.
- Hands-on experience using management tools; JIRA, Slack, Confluence and BitBucket.
- Must be well versed in Agile practices.
- Excellent collaboration and people management skills.
