A leading financial services firm are looking for a Support Engineer, who will be responsible for support and administration of all Audio-Visual, desktop and deskside for the Group Technology Infrastructure Services for all Executive/VIP’s & assistants.
The company are based in London but are looking to interview and on-baord remotely.
You will be dealing all Senior Executives within the business, so excellent communication skills are a must.
- At least 3 years’ experience working in an Audio/Visual support role providing a white-glove service with focus on supporting senior stakeholders / executive’s and their assistants.
- Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills across a wide range of corporate technologies
- Professional work ethic, able to take on responsibility and meet targets
- Process and documentation driven
