The successful candidate would have demonstrable experience in being part of the delivery of end-to-end corporate strategy and growth projects, who is familiar with market needs and skilled in advising, negotiating and reporting, thus being able to offer commercial and strategic vision.

Responsbilities:

  • Support the Business Development team in all project work, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis and recommendations
  • Helping with new business and product opportunities, development of the exchange's structure
  • Develop an understanding of relevant business models from an operational, commercial and regulatory perspective
  • Create impactful reports and presentations to communicate with senior management and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the delivery of identified projects from conception to launch
  • Identify business opportunities through active member / market engagement and strategic review of commercial and regulatory developments
  • Identifying the right resources in the business to work on the project
  • Work closely with the Business Change team and the IT Project Manager, identifying gaps and stress points in the delivery process and engaging and negotiating with key stakeholders to ensure successful and timely project execution
  • Be the subject matter expert on the specific topic and engage with members and clients to explain / promote the new initiative
  • Developing close relationships with member firms, clients and other external stakeholders at all
  • levels to identify product or service development opportunities

Skills Required:

  • Demonstrable strong skills in financial modelling, research and analysis
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills with ability to present information and facts in a
  • logical and analytical manner
  • Demonstrate keen commercial awareness
  • Good communicator and active listener - ability to communicate at all levels
  • Build and develop positive working relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to work on multiple parallel projects, both independently and as part of a team depending on project requirements
