Our client, a leading stock exchange, is looking for a Client Service Specialist to join their Information Services Division. They are looking for an entry-level candidate and so you will not be considered if you have more than 3 years of experience.



The role will focus on engaging clients to help with their understanding of products, helping with the onboarding process and dealing with queries from both current and prospective members. You will also be responsible for creating long-lasting relationships with clients and assist them in providing them with any information they should require - in essence, becoming a product SME. The client is looking for someone who has previously worked in a client-facing role but who also has strong fixed income domain knowledge.


Key requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Knowledge of fixed income is compulsory
  • Yield book experience is desirable
  • CFA/FRM or desire to complete
