We are looking for an experienced contract recruiter to join our team as Head of Contract across UK & Europe. This role will involve managing the growth and delivery of our contract and managed service business across Orbis and also our Consultancy business, Coex.

Orbis was founded in 2013 by our Co-Founders Wayne Hilditch and Craig Davies in London to specialize in recruitment across Technology, Creative and Change & Transformation. We have since launched 2 other offices in New York and Nashville and plan for a 3rd USA office next year. 

Over 5 years ago we also launched our sister business, Coex. Coex is a fast-moving consultancy with a presence in London, Europe, and the US. Working with start-ups to global corporates, identifying and implementing product solutions through our data-driven developers and designers.

This position would be suitable for:

Anyone with at least 5 years of proven contract recruitment experience across USA within the technology space, who wants to play an integral part in building out the contract and managed service business.

The experience of managing accounts across multiple disciplines is essential. You will take responsibility for growing out the contract division, leveraging existing client relationships and business development.

You’ll be passionate about Tech and want to work in an environment where you are given complete autonomy but supported in your own career and personal development.
