Our client, a leading stock exchange, is looking for a Head of IT Support to focus predominantly on 2nd line technical support.


They are building out a new function within the business and they need someone to come in and manage all of the services that sit behind the specific platform which helps to reduce operational and regulatory risk. This will be a very hands-on role as it is a greenfield build-out and it is also paying well.

Key requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of a scripting language
  • Extensive 2nd line support experience 
  • Experience leading a team 
  • Experience working in financial services
