My client, a leading commodities exchange based in London, are currently looking for a ITSM Operations Support Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring the correct prioritisation of IT requests being logged with IT Support Operations.
The role is a career development role whereby the individual will develop their competencies across all functions of the IT Service Operations (Service Desk, Incident, Problem, Change, Applications, Networks, Wintel, DBA's, Unix and Information security). In time they will likely become a Problem or Incident Manager.
