Our Global FinTech Client are looking to grow their product management team by adding a manager to their entirely new product team focused on customer engagement. You will be tasked with working with all other product teams to create a cohesive customer journey and ensure clients are using their fintech data platform to the fullest.

 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Mentor mid-level product managers and hire new talent to your team
  • Lead a team through the full product management lifecycle
  • Lead product strategy and liaise between client and company to solve complex business problems
  • Work collaboratively across all product, design, and engineering teams
  • Handle and communicate project requirements to all stakeholders to improve, build, and launch new features
  • Consistently drive success and create opportunity for your team

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Finance, Business
  • 5+ years product management experience
  • Experience with SaaS, enterprise, or cloud-based products (must have at least one of the three)
  • 2+ years of experience managing other product managers
  • Willingness to individually contribute while building this new team
  • Experience creating customer centered requirements and writing functional design documents communicate those requirements
  • Experience leveraging analytics and data to drive decisions
  • Ideal to have familiarity with MixPanel or FullStory
  • Experience professionally or personally in corporate strategy, new ventures, private equity, M&A
  • Collaborative mindset and work ethic
