Product Manager - Service Experience - London - £85,000 base
A market-leading financial data vendor in London are looking for a Product Manager to join their Service Experience team.
You will be responsible for the execution and design of their front-end framework capabilities, which are key to how customers and users engage with the product, as well as leading the strategic direction and technology innovation for the product.
- Create business models and analyze the competitive landscape
- Develop and monitor data-driven analytics
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or similar.
- Passionate about innovation within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of customer experience trends within financial services.
- Advanced knowledge and demostrable experience using JIRA and agile PM methodologies.
Interview process will be fully remote. Role is currently set to be remote due to C-19, but could change in the coming weeks.
