Regulatory Affairs - Financial Services

I am recruting for a Regulatory Affairs professional to join a global financial data vendor, based in Central London. The role both reports regulatory change across the business, as well as lobbies regulatory bodies in instances fo adverse policy implementations / changes. The role is repsonsible for the following accountabilities:

  •  Identifying relevant regulatory news and developments and communicating them to the Regulatory Affairs team and relevant firm members
  • Preparation of talking points and presentations for sales, product and other teams internally
  •  This individual is responsible for tracking regulatory developments globally including proposed and final rules, speeches, industry thought-pieces, and industry comment letters
  • This will be followed by summarizing relevant rules, identifying and highlighting the key issues for the firm and our clients
  • Creation of ad hoc and regular regulatory updates for distribution to senior firm members and key internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams to provide input for the development of collateral on key regulatory developments
  • Regulatory Affairs team management including creating agendas and summaries for team calls and tracking the team’s responses, meetings, internal and external presentations and milestones
  • Represent the firm in meetings with regulators, clients and industry partners.
