Working for a leading Cyber Security provider and globally recognised brand, you will be responsible for being the first point of call for a full suite of state-of-the-art products. The role will see you supporting clients from the implementation through to the day to day support in a technical capacity. You will be working in the financial services division supporting a breadth of prestigious institutions.
Due to this being a global role, you will be looking after the UK region whilst also having some responsibilities for wider Europe (hence the need to speak either Spanish or German).You will be expected to solve problems from a 2nd line perspective, whilst building relationships with the clients.
You will have:
- A technical degree
- The ability to speak either Spanish or German
- Experience working in a client facing role
- Experience working in a technical capacity with SQL
- Experience working with Unix or Linux
