A leading Global FinTech is looking for a Senior Accounts Director to head up 20+ of the top accounts in the Trading Investment Advisory and Risk and Wealth segments for their global business. They are looking for a result orientated and entrepreneurial leader who will see the bigger picture for their client’s needs.

Duties of Role
- Accountable for the sales strategy for the largest Key Accounts in the UKI market.
- Accountable for the vast majority of the revenue in the UKI market.
- Leading a talented team of Account Executives to meet sales and revenue objectives.
- Strategic planning to implement an increase in market share.
- Produce sales business plans for your existing accounts.
Required Experience
- MUST have industry experience.
- Proven at exceeding Sales target.
- Leadership experience.
- Minimum 6 years of Account Management experience.
- Managing and leading a pipeline.
- High levels of energy and not scared to make bold moves.
- A Second Language would be a bonus.
