We are looking for a high achieving agency recruiter with experience in SRE, DevOps or Software Engineering recruitment to join our team as Senior Engineering Recruitment Consultant.
You won't find any micromanagement at Orbis, we encourage freedom for you to manage processes in their entirety and proactively develop new business.

This position would be suitable for:
Anyone with at least 5 years of proven agency recruitment experience across USA within SRE, DevOps or Software Engineering.
You’ll already be a high achiever, wanting to work in a collaborative team and play a part in growing our business.
You’ll be passionate about Tech and want to work in an environment where you are given complete autonomy but supported in your own career and personal development.
