A industry leading online gambling company are on the look our for a Senior UX Analyst to join their Sportsbook Product team, to help with the continuous measurement and analysis of product performance and user experience. Using Google Analytics and potentially other technical tools, the successful candidate will work closely with Product and UX/UI specialists to support evidence based decision-making approach to 

This role reports into the Department Head of UX and UI and work under the overall direction of the Group’s Director of Sportsbook Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Department Head of UX and UI, UX/UI specialists, and Product stakeholders to identify KPIs to measure product performance and track user behaviour online

• Work closely with UI Developers to ensure that the Sportsbook website is appropriately tagged in Google Analytics

• QA existing and new tracking implementations to determine and correct any data quality issues

• Perform complex analysis on large data sets using appropriate data analysis techniques and tools with a strong focus on quality and accuracy

• Analyse relevant customer data to help identify improvement opportunities; turn data into actionable insights

• Collaborate with UX Designers to capture gaps in knowledge about our users and help identify research opportunities to fill those gaps

• Build and maintain different reporting tools, such as dashboards and reports, to share user behaviour information with stakeholders

• Channel team knowledge, passion and values Skills and Capabilities Essential

• Highly experienced in Data Analytics and Web Behaviour, preferably in a high traffic environment

• Extensive experience with Google Analytics

• Experience working with Excel, SQL, or similar for data analytics

• Analytical and empirical approach to problem solving; meticulous attention to detail as well as strategic grasp of the “big picture”

• Experience using customer behaviour tools

• Good knowledge of user-centred design principles, information and visual design best practices, including web standards and accessibility

• Understanding target audiences' needs, motivations, and goals

• Experience creating customer journey maps, personas etc.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required to effectively convey ideas and explain rationale behind concepts/ solutions/ recommendations)

• Relevant work experience is required with a strong, up to date portfolio showcasing Web Behaviour analysis


• Experience with Tableau or similar

• Exposure to HTML and CSS
