A well-known Financial Institution, based in Central London, are currently the market for a Service Manager to build out a a new Service framework in relation to a variety of high end products.
The role is working for a financial institution which offers significant flexibility around working. They are looking for a Service Manager to build out a new Service Management framework for a suite of top tier products. You will be expected to manage 3rd party suppliers as well as the overall service.
You will have:
- ITIL experience
- Experience working with 3rd party suppliers
- Significant service management experience within a complex institution
- Problem management experience
- Experince in SIAM frameworks
