We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Assistant to come on board with our dynamic team.

Key responsibilities & scope for the role:

  • Candidate on-boarding – Contracts and compliance
  • Timesheet management – Queries and chasing
  • Client on-boarding – Contracts and updating spreadsheet
  • Sales support – CV formatting, job and candidate sourcing, database updates
  • Director support – Diary management, Expenses, ad-hoc
  • Office management – IT and CRM support, updating staff TV channel, stationery and supplies ordering
  • Events – Booking for internal staff outings, parties and incentives
  • HR – Consultant on-boarding, HR admin
  • GDPR – Administration and process
  • Internal Data Reports

Background & Experience:

  • Experience with administrative and clerical work
  • Strong communications skills and telephone manner
  • Experience handling documents of high importance
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
